Nothing but a click at relay. Dash lights all come on, headlights don’t dim when key turned, blower comes on as well. Battery tested good yesterday. Volts at battery are 12.7, volt reading in relay spot read 9.3. Grounds under hood have all been cleaned and in good condition. Thoughts?

Trigger wire on starter? You can reach it under the manifold forward starter heat shield. Try moving it and see if it came out. They occasionally pop out.
