I have a 2013 4.6L V8 Tundra that is showing codes P0024 and P0010. The truck has fresh oil/oil filter and I have replaced all 4 of the VTT solenoids. The voltage going to each solenoid is around 0.6 volts during idle. I have very low oil pressure and bad fuel efficiency. I'm not sure what else to check. I would really appreciate anyone's input on this.

The P0024 code stands for “Exhaust “B” Camshaft Position-TIming Over-Advanced (Bank 2).” Some of the most common triggers for the code include low engine oil level and incorrect engine timing. Two common symptoms to look out for are a hard-starting engine and rough running.

    P0010 is a VVT code.
Engine sludge could be causing problems with valve/acuator.
Inspect/clean valve/screen run oil additive cleaner changes oil.

and this may help as well. Could be sludge in the oil system= perhaps infrequent oil changes? Or some oil system blockage, even a collapsed oil filter.

How low is the oil pressure? The vvts are hydraulic and need a certain level of oil pressure to do their work. These codes are not surprising if the pressure is too low.
