2012 with code P2442

I have a 2012 4.7 Tundra with code P2442 Air injection system system switching valve stuck open on bank 2.
I have already replaced both secondary air injection pumps, the air pump check valve and the secondary air injection check valve. What will fix this new problem?

It saddens me that a company that I've been loyal to for over 30 years has let a problem like this continue at the consumers expense. Please pass this on to anyone you know has had the same problems. My truck is in "limp" mode now and I'm on the 3rd repair for the same problem.
