2012 Tundra Power Window Issues

My wife's 2012 Tundra power windows (all) do not work when using the master window control from the driver side door panel. But the power windows do work on all the other doors when using any of the window controls other than the driver side master control.

I think I've ruled out the master power window switch being the problem because I installed it into my 2015 Tundra, and all windows worked correctly. And the working 2015 power window switch did not work in the 2012 Tundra. I put everything back to where it originally was, and the problem stayed with the 2012 Tundra.

Any thoughts?

 

Sounds dumb and I'm sorry for suggesting it but do you have the window lock enabled?

 

I wish it was that easy. We've tried enabling, disabling window lock button.

I'll add, I confirmed the window lock button does work correctly, when in the locked position, the other windows do not work, and when in the unlocked position, the other windows do work.

 

Is there any update on this issue?
