    Hi all,

I am new to these forums but I am a bit lost as to where to turn next. I bought my 2012 Tundra Crewmax Platinum back in February and since then I have not been able to figure out how to connect my phone to use the handsfree calling option. I know, it sounds simple, but for some reason, my JBL radio does not give me the "phone" option when you go into setup. I have all the handfree controls on the steering wheel, but they do nothing. Help?? I am totally lost.

It’s counterintuitive, I was confused at first as well. If I remember correctly, you have to set your phone up as a Bluetooth media player and a hands free phone in two separate steps. Your manual should be able to explain it better.
