Lately, my old tundra started making engine noise after starting first time in the morning, sounded like the lifters but would run and sound normal after I started driving, I wanted to check all the vvt sensors and when I was removing the bank 2 intake sensor plug, I didn't pull on the wires, just the plug, but two wires came loose out of the plug, no way to repair so I replaced the pigtail and put everything back together after making sure the connections were good, engine started but now will only rough idle even pressing on gas pedal, reset the ecm but no change, with key in the off position I checked all four sensors ground pins and get good grounds with no resistance, with key on I get 5 volts on both signal and reference pins and get 30 ohms resistance on all four of the ground pins, I visually checked all the wiring around where I repaired the pigtail but cant see where I might have damaged anything, unplugged the ECM and checked new pigtail wiring to the ecm plug and checked good on all three wires, Ideas anyone?

Get a code reader on it and go from there!

Sounds like it should have recovered.
