Looking for some advice on my 2012 Tundra 4.6l, 166k miles. It started having a pretty regular problem stalling when coming to a stop. It happens 4-5 times a week.
    No CEL codes.
Most of the time it stalls and the dashboard light stay on. One time it stalled in the dashboard lights went off. Another time it almost stalled and restarted itself.

Have cleaned the throttle body, the MAF sensor, used BG44K fuel injector cleaner.

Spark plugs were replaced 10k miles ago. Air filter is new OEM.

Battery and alternator are less than 1 year old.
Fuel trims are running a little rich, but no codes. (LTFT -10 to -16)

Any ideas? This has been happening for 3 months off an on. I don’t notice anything obvious on my basic OBD II scanner.

fuel pump or fuel pump ecu comes to mind. Not sure how to test that however. Im guessing it is the fuel pump control module/ecu. I think it’s on the inner frame in your drivers side rear wheel well. Look over the tire and you will see a bolt sticking through the frame. There is nut holding it to the frame.

Thanks for the reply. I did suspect the fuel pump control module, but I would have assumed that other issues would have popped up… like dying at cruising speed, crank no start, etc.
