2011 will not crank

    6inch RC with upgrade struts. 295/65/20 Nitto Ridge grappers 20x9 fuel vapor with 0 off set
    Good evening folks. My buddy is new to the Tundra role and picked an 2011 Tundra 4x4. He told me to for the passed week he said that he can try to crank his truck if stilling over night or drive 30mins and cut it off it will not crank. No lights comes on the dash. It does no matter how the steering wheel is as in being turned and it’s cut off. The battery, starter, and has used his space key and still does it. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance
