2011 Tundra- P2445 Code with Hewitt Gen 2 Bypass Kit installed

About 3 years ago I installed the Gen 2 bypass kit because I was getting a Stuck Open code and my truck was in limp mode. I installed it with the block off plates and everything worked fine. A few days ago, I got a check engine light on. Hooked up a code reader to it and I got a P2445- Pump Stuck OFF Bank 1. Thats one of the codes the bypass is supposed to clear. What could be causing this? Do these bypass kits go out?

 

Just clear the code. I get it once a year and I just clear the code, truck runs great and I don't have any issue or other codes pop up. I'm guessing because it's a permanent code it'll just come back. Hope this helps a bit.
