Welcome from OKC! Problem started after removal? Sounds like an open circuit somewhere. Click on forums, scroll to garage and then to electrical to find wire diagrams for all models.

I checked for open wires every thing looks good now the battery died from the key being left on and I jump started it just fine but after I shut off the truck I could not get it to do any thing but a single click even with a new battery or trying to jump It I get nothing but that click

Maybe you blew a fuse when messing around with jumper cables. Turn on ignition and lets see if lights and more importantly do turn signals work? There is an ignition fuse that also operates turn signals. Are you aware of fuse box way up under dash above parking brake?

When you try to jump it, put a meter on the battery posts and check voltage, make sure the clamps are making good contact.

Turn signals are working I checked the fuse panel every thing is good I'll double check them again to make sure there all good I see the relay under the hood making a spark when trying to turn over the engine what would cause that I have never had a issue with starting the truck before and this issue didn't occur until the battery died and I had to jump start it so makes me wonder if the alarm has engaged some how and the only wire I see that has Ben cut was a green one on the ignition switch they had the aftermarket alarm hooked up to it but I put a connector to the wire and it's making good connection

Relay sparking?? Not good, nothing should be sparking. Check that relay and see if it is cracked or damaged. Is there a like relay right there to swap it with temporarily? Sort of as a troubleshooting substitute.

It started once already after you connected the green wire, right? Does it have telescoping column(high end models)?

I swapped the relay out with another one same issue no spark so maybe its a relay going bad I'll get a new one now after disconnecting there aftermarket wire that was tied to the green and reconnecting the green wire it has nit started but the wire that I took off was not going to anything it was going to the remote start but I disconnected that a few months ago I just decided to eliminate all the excess wiring they did since I wasn't using the remote start could there have Ben a bypass done that I wasn't seeing when I took out the aftermarket remote start

Starter solenoid maybe. Maybe just not enough juice. Can you swap in batt from different vehicle temporarily?

If you already tried with a known good battery, getting a new one will not get it started.

Studying the wire diagrams and verifying all is correct, having good fuses, relays, grounds, battery cables, etc. is all key.
