Low beams not working, all other lighting okay.
Both bulbs are okay (1-1.5yr old)
    Both low beam fuses okay
Where are the relays? I cannot find them. Under hood? Under column?
I guess it could turn out to be a grounding issue or a bad column switch.
    I dont know.
    Please advise.
(I have read a couple threads on here, but none show or state where the relays are.)

Worth testing with a new bulb.

Will be checking later today with a meter to see if the bulbs are getting power to them.
I will then try testing new bulbs.
I will also swap/clean the fuses (just incase).
Are there relays for the low beam headlights? If so, could someone show me on a diagram or a picture? After this I would be checking the stick switch at the column.

Those relays would be under the hood in the fuse panel. Fuse panel should have a diagram in it, or the owner's manual will also list them.

I was too vague, my apologies.
I know where they are located…i have done that digging and started there..
I can’t find info on a relay for the low beams in the book, and the cap of the fuse/relay box doesn’t list one as being designated for them.
There may not be one, I dont know.
I’m basically asking if there is a relay for them, and if so-where is it located?
Otherwise, my next step I would think would be testing at the bulbs for power, and if there is-then mess with/replace the stick switch at the steering column.

Unfortunately startmycar does not do well in showing relays on a 2010 or even some other years for that matter. It's neat when it works but not this time.

The below is from the 2010 EWD which you can download at this link----> Ultimate TUNDRA Wiring Diagrams Collection | Toyota Tundra Forum

Location is Engine Bay., item *12 and labeled HEAD Relay

    Head Relay.jpg

I have also attached the 5 pages of Head Light circuit in case it helps.
