    This is what info I have the [4HI 4LOW] are4HI 4LOW quickly on/off
    ABS Solid
    STM? SOLID

The last thing I did was change the rear brake pads and remove the front wheels in inspect the front pads.
I got a code from the reader C0210 Code C0210, Right rear speed sensor.

Is this the only thing wrong the Right rear speed sensor? or am I looking at more?

I would check over your work and if you don't see anything that stands out then you'll need to have the ABS computer scanned. There's a thread that decodes the warning lights on the dash but I don't think it's specific enough. If you are handy with a computer you can buy a cable and download the TechStream software so you can read all the computers but setting it up can be tricky for those who aren't computer savvy.
