All, looking for some help on an on-going issue with my Tundra. Its a 2010 with 180,000 miles now. About a yr ago, it occassionally did not want to fire up when turning the key. After the 3rd key turn it would finally start and no other issues. This would happen intermittently and sometimes would be fine for several weeks at a time.

Back in September it did it again and this time never fired back up. I brought it to the shop and they diagnosed a bad fuel pump. After replacing the fuel pump, truck started up and no issues. A couple days later, truck would not fire again but after a couple key turns it would start again.

Today the truck started up but after a few minutes of running it died and will not start again. I can't believe the fuel pump would go bad already? Wondering if they misdiagnosed the fuel pump problem to begin with? It seemed to fix the problem short term but I was still having issues with it not starting intermittently.

Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar? Thanks
