2010 Tundra, 4.6 V8, P2445 repeat code

Hey all,
I took my truck in to the dealership to have a timing issue fixed (turned out to be an oil position sensor). Any way they stated it was due for an ecu/ecm update.

I picked up the truck and almost immediately recieved the P2445 code, secondary air exhaust fan stuck open bank 1.

I reset the code and everything runs perfect for 2-3 days, then I get rhe code again and it goes into limp mode.

Is there a permanent way to reset the code or un-update the ECM? Or is my air pump truly going bad?, and will reseting the code harm the motor?.
