For the second time in 10 days my front driver side window had the rear bracket bracket break off on a new window. The Toyota Technician said it was because the regulator motor assembly is failing. The passenger side was checked and was doing the same thing. Is this a known common failure on 2010 SR5 Tundras and other Toyota vehicles of any year?

I know this is a super old post, but mine is doing this now. I replaced the rear bracket but its going to happen again. the front of the window drops lower than the rear, binding it. I have to push down on the rear of the window to help it out.
What was the fix? New regulator motor assembly? I might just do both at the same time. The right side is super slow at times.

Try using silicone dry lube, liberally in the window channels.
