I have 350k miles on my 4x4 sr5 tundra. I noticed a vibration about 6000 miles ago. I took it in and had the trans fluid changed and that resolved about 90% of the issues . However, It's been a week since the fluid change and the vibrations are coming back.

I am feeling them in 2nd gear until 6th.

    Any suggestions.

With the change of the fluid and the problem almost going away, I am wondering if a total flush would resolve the vibration since the change of the fluid resolved most of it. If so, what type of cleaner would I use?

Or, should I just figure that it is done with 350k miles on it?

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Additives worn out. Generally owner is supposed to change ATF every ~50k miles. Alternatively drain&fill every 25k miles or so works as well.

Add 4-5 oz of Lubegard HFM, let soak in overnight. It is a friction modifiers that ATF in your transmission does not have anymore.
