2008 tundra with p0230 code

I have a p0230 code, new pump, control module. Was intermittent, could reset. It seem to come in when I add gas above 1/2 tank. Runs fine until code, the gets sluggish. reset code and ran fine.
an odd ball item - got a code for high steering pump pressure. Sensor not working, Installed a new one started truck it died. Crank no start. Thats when the fuel pump and controller was changed - (had no fuel pressure). Still nothing, the disconnected the new steering pressure sensor, truck runs fine except for the p0230 code and steering pump pressure high code. Any ideas for me. 12v at pump, pump pressure good 48psi. ?? looking for location of ground A4 and will check the point of the ECM
