2008 tundra pulling forward in neutral and no reverse

    2008 Toyota tundra 4.7 V8
    I did a standard trans fluid dump and fill and replaced the filter, after doing this I have no reverse and it drives forward in neutral. I couldn’t find anything wrong with the shift linkage and I just replaced the nss and still nothing and I am completely lost on what could be wrong. Only other thing that is happening is when I press the gas the lights in the truck surge and get brighter so I’m wondering if maybe it’s an electric issue
