    Hello,

My issue: 4Hi or Low working. When you turn on truck the 4Hi will be blinking constantly when in 2wd and driving normally. 4Hi or Low not engaging.

Ive been reading different posts and watching youtube on this issue - I took apart the 4Hi top section off and it looks like the gears were seized up and some corrosion on the motor but I un-seized gears and re-installed. Now no more 4Hi blinking when I start up truck - but when I turn the switch into 4Hi , the 4Hi light will blink slow then faster and never engage into 4Hi. Picture of gear when I took out and also when I reinstalled to get the timing right I turned truck on and watched it line up automatically.

Not sure if those push rods need pushed in all the way before I reinstall the actuator or not?

I disconnected battery and reconnected. I hear noise of actuator under truck trying to engage and making noise but no beeping noise (so the motor is good, correct? I never did the alligator clips to test with power). I hear the clicks under glove box also.

Side note - my low tire pressure light Is also on.

    Any help much appreciated.

Tried to upload 2 movie clips but couldn't, showing me starting the truck and gears aligning along with me starting truck and 4hi blinking slow then faster but not engaging
