2008 Toyota tundra fuses arent blown but not getting power

    2008 toyota tundra sr5 4 door v8 4.7
    Lifted skyjacked Fuel rims and tires 35 inch Exhaust upgraded to max
    I removed the deck i wanted to upgrade my system, i touched a bad wire i remember a click but the inline fuse blew on the wire, but all of a sudden the factory deck doesnt turn on my whipers dont work
    I checked the fuse box and one block all fuses are good but not getting 12v
    PLEASE somebody help me

    Did you check the fuse box inside driver's cab and under the hood?
