I've read all the threads I can find on this. Seems like a relatively common issue. I've got a low speed squeak especially when going over bumps.

-I've tried tightening and removing the spare tire (I've had this make noise on my LC in the past).
-I've tried removing the skid plate.
-I've also sprayed down everything (ball joints, control arms, sway bar links) with silicone grease but I've heard no perceptible difference.
-I've pulled/pushed on the exhaust from under the vehicle to see if I could replicate the noise.

When standing next to the vehicle and rocking it back and forth it sounds like maybe it is coming from the top of the coilover or upper control arm bushings on the driver side.

On my to do list is pressure washing the components down as I've seen it suggested that simply dirt can cause the issue.

After that is my only option to start replacing parts? Which is more likely the culprit? The vehicle is a 2wd model with 194k miles. I'm up for replacing something if I can be almost sure it will fix the problem but I don't want to just throw parts at it or replace all the suspension components.

Solved, it was the bushing under the grill just under the crossmember in front of the radiator.
