New guy here from the Reno area.

My 2008 has manual folding mirrors. The passenger side mirror is stuck and won’t close no matter how hard I push. I sprayed the pivot area with WD40 but no luck. I googled the problem and searched this site, but didn’t find anything except fixes for power mirrors. The mirror had this problem when I bought the truck. Driver side mirror works fine. 66BB91B3-CD7A-477C-9491-09CAE0E640EF.jpg Any idea what’s wrong and how to fix it?

Nice truck.... Did it always fold? or are you just finding this out recently?? May have been damaged by previous owner, if you are not the original owner, and they may have glued it back on to avoid damage suspicion when selling it or trading it in.. Doesn't help but a thought, you may need a new mirror...

Welcome-maybe aftermarket and it doesn’t move?

Congrats on having the best color though.

The mirror was like this when I bought the truck. I guess I’ll have to buy a new one.
