2008 Crewmax Limited JBL Plugs behind the head unit

Got the Nav DVD death message. Tried everything and decided to just bite the bullet. went with a tesla style screen off alibaba. So far, so good. I noticed a few extra plugs that were just floating around after installation and was curious if anyone may know what they go to? I have had no issues and all systems seem to be functioning just fine for what its worth. i do get a very minor hum from the speakers before any music actually starts...almost like a white noise? i assume i need to balance the equalizer.

Here is sort of a master image. The yellow are plugs from the truck. the green are plugs on the harness that i guess i didn't need? I know the small plugs (bottom and second from bottom) are for the cigarette lighters. Thanks in advance.
