2008 4.7 Transmission not grabbing gears

    2008 4.7 Tundra double cab
    35" Toyo open country 20" fuel rims leveling kit 3-2
    GodSpeed to All -250,000 miles Had truck for 4years Never any major issue till Now- Was towing my 21ft Boat to my New home was about 20miles into the drive going 40-45mph Then truck came out of gear i rolled to a stop. Put truck in park then Drive again no luck on any gears. shut truck off for about 5mins Turned it back on put in drive it grabbed the gear then 200feet after it lost it again. I repeated this process about 30 times till I made it home. Please If someone can Help Here I'd Greatly appreciate it. This morning was the same only tested in drive way, (without boat hooked up ) same results Im thinking and Hoping its electrical. Thank you in advance to all tundra owners..
