My 07 tundra isn't turning on, all fuses, starter, alternator are good, connected reader show unable to connect any ideas on what could be the problem.

Power to the obd2 appears to be an issue, you will have to pull either the panel or the obd2 itself and inspect for damage.

Edit: you can YouTube this and some do a good job of breaking it down Barney style.
