2007 tundra 4.7 Electrical issues

    I just picked up an 07 SR5 with the 4.7 in it. Last week the truck lost all power and shut off going down the road. Tested the battery and I'm getting 12.6 volts when off. I'm only getting 11.6 when the truck is running. Replaced the alternator and still only getting 11.6. In addition the only power window that works is the driver side and the turn signals are also not operational. Checked all fuses and they are all good. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.
