Hi tundras.com this my first post with my first issue. I search everywhere. And I couldnt find any information. I installed brand new set of fox 2.5 dsc extended travel. When i called fox asking about a bolt it came with i asked them how much of a lift is it preset at and they told me 2 inches. Yeah right! He told me whats left of the treads suppose to give me a 1 inch drop. What i wanted was almost stock height to maybe 1.5 inches. I took measurement from ground to fender. Stock it was around 37 1/4. After the install it measured 41 1/2. !!! Wth went wrong? I also noticed the upper control was so hard to reach the knuckle i had to use a ratching strap to make it reach which i found weird and it started to buckle

That’s just the way they are. I’ve had all their 07+ Tundra coilovers, and only the 2.0s delivered the pre-set ride height. 2.5 resi and 2.5 non resi both yielded just shy of 4” lift. I lowered the non resi adjuster ring to 3 turns shy of the coil being loose. This provided 2 3/8” lift and rode great. My current extended travel 2.5” reservoirs(same as you, minus adjuster) is as low as it goes. I’m at exactly 3” lift, here is pics of my pre-load. Rides outstanding, I’m shocked. The only other person that drove it, probably drives more modded Tundras than anyone else, and he felt the same. If you need help or advice with adjusting them please pm me.

Should of added. Your upper control arm through bolt(should of been loosened during install), and all 4 lower alignment cams need tightened at ride height. They are torsion bushings.
