    I'm looking at a 2006 Limited; should I go up a generation?

It's really personal preference. I've had a '00, an '06 and now a '07. There are features of the 1st gens I miss in the 07. And there are lots about the 07 I prefer over the earlier models. For one, I really hate column shifters and drum brakes. So win for the 07. But, you'd be well off to sit in and drive both and decide.

Even with the few flaws of the early models. If I hadn't gotten a good deal on the 07, I'd still be driving my 06.
