I have a leak on the passenger side of my tundra. Recently my fan was making a noise. I took the bottom off the fan motor and removed nearly a cup of pinestraw from it. It's been 3 or 4 months and now I suspect something is stopped up in the fresh air intake. I am saying this because the pinestraw had to get down to the fan motor somehow. It looks like I have to remove the cowling for the fresh air intake but I'm not sure. Probably need some clips and a seals if I do this Any suggestions would be appreciated. Maybe I can try blowing it out before removing the cowling.

    Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)!

Try posting this in the 1st Gen forum. Those guys can tell you exactly what you need to do, but they don't all monitor the New Intros.
