2006 Sequoia rear center shoulder belt too high on neck

    2006 Sequoia, 7 seats
    When I have my daughter's family in the car, I have to sit in the rear center seat. I'm short, and the shoulder belt is too high on my neck. Is there nothing built in to fix that? It is definitely not safe. I've been sitting on a cushion, but that's not supposed to be safe either.
