I have a 2006 Sequoia 4WD. During an inspection (which it passed), I was advised to take it to a frame shop. Frame shop says it has extensive rust. I've read lots of information about frame rust.

Before the inspection above I drove it about 650 miles on a trip. Engine runs great, 165,000 miles on it. Very smooth ride. Body and interior aren't perfect, but are in very good shape.

Any advice on the best way to sell it to get the most for it? I don't want to sell it to an individual without disclosing the frame rust situation.

You wanna sell it and get the most for it despite it being a rust bucket? That might be tough. Not worth much if it’s falling apart.

I will take pictures and post, might be a few days. The Sequoia came from up north.

You usually don't have to look to far to find stupid. Although I probably qualify too for buying a vehicle that spent most of it's life up north.

Part it out, or sell it to someone thats gonna part it out. Or do a frame swap.
