Cannot get my DRL/Fog lights to come on. Here is what I found. Could it be the column switch?

I have LED headlights and DRL/Fog Lights. I have the adapters on all 4 to make the system think the lights are halogen. I have tried this test both with and without the adapters.
If I test the power, with a test light, at the DRL/Fog light plugs, I get full power on one side and very dim power on the other side.
I have checked and changed all fuses even though the were good.
    Any ideas?

    - With headlights off and I rotate the DRL/Fog light switch to ON, the bright lights come on but not the DRL/Fog lights
    - With the headlights on and I rotate the DRL/Fog light switch to ON, the bright lights come on but not the DRL/Fog lights
    - With the headlights on and I switch to bright lights, bright lights come on.

You need resistors. Use the search bar and you’ll see the other 1639596 threads on it.

I have the resistors. I state that in my original post. However I called them adapters.

    May depend on the wiring.

Some Toyota's have a dual positive, single ground circuit for the headlights, instead of the more common dual ground, single positive circuit.

I haven't looked at the wiring for the 1st gen headlights, so can't offer any other insight.
