I had a seal leak recently on back driver side wheel. The shop thought it was fixed and also replaced drums.
It started leaking again . I took it back about a month later and got it back and now when i hit the brakes sometimes but not all time it will vibrate or feels like im driving over a gravel road. Thoughts? The mechanic told me to continue to watch it as to if it still leaked. He was about 90 percent sure it was fixed but said it not fixed i would need to take it to a toyota certified mechanic. I dont think he has a press to do bearings.

Confirm the rears are adjusted properly, first and foremost - it's so common of an issue that can cause your symptom, there's a multi-page sticky thread covering it: https://www.tundras.com/threads/rear-brake-adjustment-theory-and-practice.99575/

Once you've confirmed that, I'd start looking into other stuff, but I suspect your rears aren't adjusted correctly. But you mentioned seals being done, and dirty ABS/wheel sensors could also cause this. So could a mal-adjusted LSPV assembly.

Just for shits and giggles, fully set and unset your parking brake half a dozen times. Then drive around and see if it's still there.

As a follow up to this, i have determined this that when i drive down the road at faster speed and then turn to the right i hear this clatter like grinding sound. If i drive at faster speed and dont turn the wheel but just hit the breaks it doesnt make the sound.
A friend of mine thinks its associated with abs sensors not working right? Based in a post he read on tundras of this general age. Thoughts

Your rear drum egged-out when your seal failed. Get your drums machined and readjust your rear brakes.

I had the same issue, that is what fixed mine.

The rear drum and shoes have been replaced recently. They subsequently were soaked in oil again because seal leak was not fixed first time. Now the second fix a few weeks ago he cleaned the new drum and shoes and that is where i am at now but i still here this noise. The back rear left wheel where seal was leaking does not appear to be leaking anymore when i visually look at it.

Once the shoes are soaked they're garbage. They cannot be cleaned.

    What he said ^^

Did you ever figure out why your seals keep leaking? Have you verified your rear diff breather isn't clogged?

Just asking because ... would hate to see a hat trick on this one.
