So I was getting into my Sequoia one morning and using my remote to unlock, clicked it twice to open my passenger door and everything work like normal. Clicked twice again on accident and no beep beep. So used my key to get into truck. Then noticed my manual power door locks don't work on either door as well. Also noticed my dome lights don't work as well as my rear latch window doesn't roll down, also the rear latch doesn't work. Nor can I roll down the passenger windows drivers side door, but can from each passenger door.

I believe I checked all the fuses involved in those circuits (but could be wrong). Saw a couple of youtube videos that lead me to thinking it was the fuse box in the cabin, because of all the relays behind it. Swapped that out with a used one from Ebay to no avail.

Anyone have a similar issue that could point me in the right direction?

    thanks

Yes, it was the BCM module, found used one on ebay, I just need to reprogram it with my vin number, but everything works.

pain in the butt to get to, you have to remove the two bolts holding the fuse box to move out of the way, and a bracket that is in the way

Weird how is the BCM connected to emissions. Will it make it fail then? That’s so freakin odd.
