Hi Everyone, I have a p0430 code which tech stream says that Bank 2 (passenger side) catalytic converter is below threshold. I replaced the upstream and downstream O2 sensor on the passenger side but the code remained. Can someone help me read my tech stream readings?

And when I measure the ohms on the heater circuit I don't get any readings. Plus, I get no voltage on the O2 sensor circuit side (B2 S2). I have looked to see off there is a broken wire somewhere but I seen none.

A few questions about the tech stream photos...should B1 S2 be a 0 volts? I ran it for a while and it stays at 0 volts...that would be on Bank 1 side though.

Would a no voltage in the circuit on B2 S2 throw p0430 code? I know that it does show some voltage there. But I could not get anything.

    Thanks for your help.
