2000 tundra 4 x 4 transmission will not shift into overdrive

2000 toyota tundra 4 x 4

I was pulling a trailer a few years ago while in overdrive and my tundra bucked and jumped going down the highway. From then on, it will not shift back into overdrive just the lower gears but runs fine and shifts in the lower gears. Is it the shift solenoid bad?
