    TBD
I need to get my truck up for sale but I have no idea what a fair price would be.
    2000 Access Cab limited 4x4
    214k miles
New wheels and tires (stock set from a 2019 Tacoma)
I’ve had the Timing belt, water pump, thermostat etc done recently.
    Hard shell bed cover

    problems:
Exhaust manifold leak on the drivers side

parasitic power drain coming from an “integration control module” (controls dome light, cargo light, etc)
This part is unique to the truck and is $1700 from Toyota although if you can find one at a junk yard it is programmable according to the local stealership.

Insurance quoted me $5800 value for mine about a year ago. Same truck as you, 250k miles at the time. Trucks were going for around $6700-7800 at the time. You could likely get that or more now with the short supply of trucks and the good reputation and desirability of these models. The exhaust leak will have to be remedied. If your not doing it yourself it will be $$$. If you are doing it yourself, it's a pain in the ass. The module may be able to be saved, it's a solid state piece. Someone may be able to clean it up and get it proper for you. Maybe only a couple hundred bucks. Or pull one from a junkyard.
