2.5 Gen Tundra - Fog lights no longer working with install of LED Aftermarket Headlights

2019 SR5 TSS Off-Road CM

I have a 2019 SR5 TSS Off-Road CM. I recently installed new aftermarket LED headlights with dual LED DRL strips. After installing, my fog lights no longer work. I have added a load resistor on the h4 bulbs as I’ve read that on other forums, but that didn’t fix it. Anyone run into this issue?
