Actually other mods first. My 18 headlights were paid for to be retrofitted over 6 weeks ago. I probably won’t see them till the end up next month! It’s been the longest and slowest process.

I can keep you posted but I do have a guy who has been asking about them for two months already. I have over $900 on just the lighting components. So I don’t know if I will sell them or not yet.

You doing both inside and outside door skins? I have used 101sf so far, going to add some more on the door speaker brackets one day, will be around 106sf when done for doors, floor and back wall.

I’m not doing the whole cab just yet. I want to get the roof done when I drop the liner for the roof rack. Then I will probably wait on the rest when I finalize my stereo build. I’m sure I’ll order more dynamat and some addition sound material for the floor.

Barndominiums are very popular right now. Here is another one I built with a lot more wood.

I ordered my new battery holder. It helps isolate vibrations and any movement. Plus it looks bad ass!

I can look at those barns all day long, and some are really a true work of art (like the one pictured above). When I make love to Ms. Skippy tonight I'll be seeing barn

WOW! 1Upper, thats awesome! I can appreciate all that wood! I am a trim carpenter, 31 years in the union. That freakin barn is nicer than my house! I wish I would have taken pictures of some of the cool projects I've worked on. Nice job!

Thank you! Yeah that barn is 5,200 sq ft. Each of those barn doors were 10’x5’ x 2 1/4” thick solid cherry wood.

Every wonder what your roof looks like with mount the roof liner? Well here is it. Big shout out to @Cfincke for all the help today! We dropped the roof liner to get the roof rack mounted. It was a lot of mocking up, masking off the roofline, re measuring, drilling and of course 100 plus degree temps. We got the main roof rack on, 50” adapt light bar mounted and installed my led 3rd brake light. This was definitely a quick and easy project and definitely not for the faint of heart since you need to drill at least 8 holes into your roof gutter track.

    6840017A-5F93-4259-A190-320BF5A4801A.jpg

If you want to replace your 3rd brake light you need to drop your liner to access the two 10mm bolts from inside the cab. A3B5EA17-3CFA-4AF7-BCCF-5FAA1E0DDDC4.jpg398AEA4A-83F5-450E-998F-5D2F11E517A7.jpg

The main bulk head metal bracket is amazing to see the arches and bends done out of one pc of metal. B777D668-878F-4370-ABED-8B152E953BB3.jpg
After drilling the roof line holes for the roof rack hardware they go through 3-5 layers of metal.

Roof rack is on the roof and ready for wiring now.

Lol, I was just curious. Let me know how many sheets it takes for the floor and ceiling, if you dont mind. I'll probably have to do those myself. I'm heading to ********* on the 14th and they are gonna do my doors and back wall.

To do the roof you need 18 sq ft of dynamat. The full 12 sq ft roll of 1/4” Dynaliner was perfect for the back cab section behind my moonroof. Keep in mind if you don’t have a moonroof you will need 6 additional sq ft or 24 sq ft total. C0CD262C-3045-45DA-B7B5-ACBA9F562138.jpg

The real question is how did you get the headliner out? Through the back window?
