1st Tundra (1st Gen) 1st Truck - (skid plate ?)

Hi, everyone. Brand new Tundra owner: 2006 DC. 1st Truck for me. Super stoked...

That being said- a lot to learn.

It doesn't have a skid plate / splash shield... How important is getting something on down there?

edit: Not doin much off-roading (yet?) 99% road driving. Just wondering where to put that on priority list.

Recommendations?

Check out Skid Row Offroad. You can basically get some decent protection from front all the way back covering even your cats.
You'll pay for the armor, but you can do it in portions.

 

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! If you're on pavement only, the only shields you need are to protect your cats from theft.
