I want to put a little lipstick on my plain Jane 2000 Tundra. I think a chrome billet grill would make her a bit more attractive. It looks like a simple swap. But sometimes looks can be deceiving. What to me seems like an easy one-hour job usually turns out to be an all-day job.
Should this be an easy one-man replacement ?Billet grill.jpg

However, if you really want to facelift it, painting all of the silver and chrome body color is fire :bananadead:

Damn, nostalgia is calling to me. I remember doing this in the late 2000's on my 04 Tacoma. The good ole' days. Here's a video that I can only assume that will be a similar job.

Nice work. But that's a lot more effort than I want to put into it. Plus, when it comes to cutting, I often end up butchering.

This is the first pic of my truck when I bought it. The Grille and the Steps were the first things to go. I still need to swap out for a limited front bumper cause I already swapped to a limited grille.
