1st gen crap lift

    2005 double cab
    New to here.
    I recently bought a 05 double cab with low miles for a steal.

    unfortunately, this truck has a tuff country spacer lift. I hate it.
    I spend a lot of time in the woods and I mean a lot. At this point my ranger is more comfortable to take up in the hills.

    the crossmember has been cut out for this. I want to revert it back to a smaller true suspension lift. Has anyone done this? I know I will have to acquire some factory brackets and what not and probably find a crossmember to weld back into place.

    what’s the experts here opinion on this?

    custom body work, Billies with taco ARB springs, Icon AAL, TRD FJ trail team wheels, 2019 Toyota 86 radio, Blacked out interior, Added factory power everything, heater mirrors, ETC
    It can be done. But it will be expensive. Toyota might still sell the x member you need. But cheaper solution would be fabricate the section your missing and weld it in.. then everything else should be bolt and go
