I've got a 2006 with the 8 speaker JBL system. I'm replacing the head unit and so I'm bypassing the factory amp. I'm also adding my Polk 12 MOMO sub woofer.

The stock JBL front speakers are 3 way with I believe a 7 inch woofer. So what I'm wondering is if anybody has felt like they lost anything by replacing the JBL with aftermarket speakers.

If i do replace them, I'm going with the Hertz that crutchfield has for $100 right now.
