17 Inch TRD Rims on 2004 AC V6 Tundra, lug nuts and tires?

2004 Tundra SR5 TRD Access Cab V6 5VZ-FE

Pulled the trigger on these for my 2004 Tundra AC. What are the best matching lug nuts and recommended tires/size for these? Keep in mind no lift kit or spacers are installed. All the aftermarket lug nuts on Amazon seem to have complaints of rusting and coating wear.
