14in Display Issue

Got in my truck this morning, put in reverse and noticed this line across my screen. I thought something was on camera. So wiped it off and still have it there. It shows on the front view as well as all rear views. Only thing it doesn’t do it on is the regular radio screen. Anyone else have this issue?

You don’t see that dark spot at the top of each photo? Going across the screen.

 

Would be crazy if that’s always been there and I’m just noticing now but I’ve never noticed it before and I’ve had the truck since April.

 

I thought it just darkened the top so you can see the wording “Check surroundings for safety”. Subtitles in some shows do that too.

 

Ok. Guess it was more pronounced since the fog and rain this morning.

 

are you talking about the menu overlay on the screen? the upper section with the text and the 'X'? that looks normal to me.

 

It’s normal, mine is the same

 

How bout this?

 

Looks abnormal to me, was it just a glitch ?

Side question: anyone know if darkmode is available on our screens ?? Haven't had time to read manual/play around with it yet.

you just ran over Kermit the Frog

 

Press the volume know in for a few seconds and it'll reboot the system. Happened to me like twice and hasn't since in first truck that I had for a year.
