On my 2014 tundra limited that is about to roll over 300k miles when you start it, it takes about 30 seconds for the a/c to even come on. Once it comes on it will stay on and have a weak but cold blow and then quit. Some days it will work for 30 minutes, others it will work for an hour. As time goes on you can feel the blow starting to weaken over time and finally it just quits. When it quits it will very weakly blow warm air. Sometimes you can very faintly hear it start quitting and weakening. Any ideas what this could be?

Try running the fan for a while and see if that quits by itself without the AC on.

The AC and fan motor are separate systems. The fan motor just pushes air through the vent box. The AC does the AC thing with or without the fan motor. You wouldn't get any air flow without the fan motor, warm or cold.

If the fan stops after a while, look into the blower motor and its associated electricals... If the blower motor itself doesnt stop. Look into the AC system itself.

    Tastefully enhanced...
You need to refill and/or check for leaks... regardless, it's meant to shut down if it's low on pressure... saves the compressor from running while dry...
