Hey man, thanks for the info. I tried to install today and ran into the same issue. Not really willing to cut up the door so I'm going to sell the lights.

Just starting out but never will be done
It's a cut that will never be seen, and only on the front door panels.

you just trimmed the plastic back a bit for the connector to line up right? Briefly glanced at the panels as all my stuff came in and didn’t look like much to modify

Yeah, it's a small horse shoe cut for the connector. Even if the lights weren't there, you'd never see the cut because the top of the door pad covers it

@bongbong Awesome info, thanks so much!!! No I just have to find a 12v source in the back (I added a small single led in the door panel, and want to do maybe 1 in the back middle.
Anybody know where a source is there? I have an SR5 that doesn’t have the USB or power in the back rear.

Just tap everything into the existing plugs. Can use T-taps and consider using an extra harness for quick connects

@poolgreenlife I used your notes here for just the driver front door. I noticed the cubby light has a flicker to it. Is this normal? I checked all my t-taps and I think I wired right because otherwise I don’t think the lights would even turn on but still curious what others have noticed.

That's not normal, go back and check to make sure you used the correct pin outs and colors for the wires. Before I had the pinouts and wire colors I was using my probe to figure out the right ones and thought I had found the right one but my LED's would flicker like you are describing.

Are you looking for a constant power or a switched 12 volt power. If you want a simple switched 12 volt power wire, the easiest and simplest way would be to pull the tray from the center of the dash where your cigarette lighter plug is. You can tap into those 2 wires on the cigarette lighter plug and easily fish the wire down and run it along the driver or passenger side to the back.

Installing the Rave kit (all Toyota Part numbers). Has anyone installed this on a 24 Limited? I am going to ask my dealership for the wiring diagram, these colors do not match, I could probably poke around with my multimeter and look for 12v with the lights on. I am running into the same thing everyone else is, passenger front, stays on all the time, but works with the dimmer switch. After watching what is out there on youtube, I assumed if I figured out one, the remaining doors would be similar, nope hahah.
