I'm wanting to run a 12v supply from the engine compartment battery to the bed for a constant 12v supply in the bed. For those who have done this what routing have you found to be the best?

Run down the frame and follow the other wiring harness that’s there. Just make sure you use some kind of protection for your wire like split loom unless you wanna have issues down the road.

This ^. You can easily follow the harness on the frame rail from front to back.
