I'm looking to see if anyone can tell me if this shallow radio will be able to be mounted in a 2007 toyota tundra with the back being so flat and thin I'm wondering how to accomplish this?

Hi there, I found that a 2 Din radio with a 9" screen or smaller, will fit internally.A 10" screen or larger will fit externally, in front of the dash. What make & model of Head Unit are you going to install? From your pics, it looks like a 1 Din chassis, and the screen being 10" will fit externally, in front of the dash. What mounting adapters came with the HU? Usually there is some sort of bracket supplied. There are 3rd party vendor's that make adapter plates to assist in installs. Check out Crutchfield.com. If they sell your make & model , plug it into "Your Vehicle" pick your truck, and it will let you know yes/no if it will fit! Do a check on YouTube, search Stereo Make & Model and tundra. Maybe there's a posted a video of the install. Also, does your truck have the factory radio with Navigation or the other one? That seems to be a big question in the Crutchfield what vehicle quiz!
    Good Luck!
