1” Spacers - cutting studs required?

    Tried searching, couldn’t get a direct answer to this.
    Looking at 1” Bora spacers. Do these require cutting factory studs?

    Check the backside of your wheels. If there are voids in the spaces where the studs would pass through on the spacer, you’re good. I used 1” spacers on my BBS TRD Pro wheels without issue.

    I would never cut a wheel stud to shorten it.

    Agree with the above statement... never cut your studs. If you run an aftermarket wheel, this probably won't work and I think only certain Toyota wheels have the "gap" mentioned previously, that's on the back side.

    I measured my wheel studs on my 2018 and they were 1 1/16”, so just a hair long unless your wheels have a void on the backside. I have heard some say their studs are less than and inch and there is no issue.

    I actually removed a tiny bit of aluminum from my wheels to clear the little bit of stud that sticks out.
